How it works
From one recording to a full training portal
Here's exactly what happens between hitting record and handing your customer a portal — including what data goes where.
Install the extension
Add the browser extension to your team's browser. No desktop install, no IT ticket — it's ready in about 30 seconds.
Record the workflow as usual
Click record and walk through the task the way you normally would. No script, no special setup — just do the work.
The system understands the actions and generates content
Every click, field, and page transition is captured as a structured, semantic log. That log is what gets turned into video, docs, and an FAQ.
Publish the portal, export, or sync
Share a branded portal link, export the files, or sync content into the tools your team already uses.
Under the hood
Two separate kinds of data get captured during a recording, and they don't go to the same place. Being specific about this builds more trust than being vague about it.
Semantic action log
What you clicked, what you typed, which field, which page — captured as structured, text-based events. This is the only thing the AI assistant ever reads.
Screenshots
Used only to render the walkthrough video and step images. They are never sent to the AI assistant and never used to answer questions.
Where it works, and where it doesn't
Saying this upfront saves you a refund request and a bad review later.
